Returns

The customer who wants to return an item must fill out the return request form.

The customer has the right to cancel and return his order within 14 days of receiving the goods for having second thoughts and without having to give a justification and can request a refund of the sum paid for the purchase as well as for the shipping costs.

In the case of return of goods, once the completed return request form has been received, Skira editore S.p.A. will proceed to collect the goods in agreement with the client.

This applies only if the goods are returned intact and with relative plastic covering if present.

Goods returned with signs of wear or returned after 14 days will not be accepted and returned to sender.
